Urgent help with Cub Cadet Zero Turn!?
I started my Cub Cadet RZT 50 mower for the first time in about 10 days. It started like normal but i was backing it up to move it out of the way and it started sputtering and shut off 10 seconds after I started it. I checked the choke and the throttle mechanisms on the engine and they are fine. Spark plugs and oil are fine, and there is plenty of gas, and the battery is fine. Why would it run fine for 5-10 seconds then just shut off?? What can i do to fix it because i really need to mow today? And i cant take it to a shop because i cant get it on my trailer if it wont start.

Sounds like a fuel issue. Look on the bottom of the carburetor for an electrical plug. Some engines have a fuel shut off solenoid. Make sure the plug is connected and tight. From there I would check to make sure that the plugs are getting spark.
