Self propelled feature not working on lawn mower...please help?
I have a yard man with 5.5 honda engine. it runs great, however the self propelled is not working...Ive taken a look at it, and it seems that if either the calbe was tighter, or the belt that goes from the crank shaft to the gears on the front axle was tighter, that it would be working fine. So which one do i wanna replace?
If its the cable i would think that its the cable housing more than the cable itself that has stretched. But that means that the cable was actually too long to begin with. and so my best guess is the belt...
is it possible for the belts to stretch? or am i completely wrong here, and theres something else going on alltogether???

you need a new drive belt , clean the system up and it will be like brand new
