Kawasaki 12.5 hp on a bobcat mower. Only runs on choke but when i turn choke off it dies. Just did complete?
tune up , new spark plug, gas line, fuel filter. cleaned the carb twice. What could it be?
Make sure the gas cap is breathing by filling the gas tank and disconnecting a gas line and make sure the flow is good. Sometimes the caps can get stopped up and cause a vapor lock.
If that doesn't work, and since you have to run it with the choke on, it's not getting enough gas. Cleaning the carburetor should do the trick, but you need to disassemble it and run small wires through the ports and the jets to clean them out, Then spray B-12 in the ports and jets, and blast through them with compressed air.
