My Craftsman Eager-1 lawn mower won't restart after I emptied the catch bag.?
I started it up fine, but after I emptied the catch bag and put it back on, the lawn mower won't start. Actually, the starter cord won't budge when I pull on it to try and start the motor. Is this some kind of safety feature I don't know about?
Sounds like the safety kill lever is not disengaging.
