What size replacement belts are needed for a John Deere LT 150 lawn tractor ( 38 inch mower deck) ?
i looked them up on www.johndeere.com, they don't state what size the belts are, but do supply the part #'s and price. don't know why, but they list 2 drive belts, you may want to bring along your old one when you go to buy them.
deck belt, # M126536- $49.08
1st drive belt listed # M144044- $30.71
2nd listed #M144570- $31.76
that said, i usually buy belts for my equipment at tractor supply company and find they cost less. lowes also has pretty good prices, but finding a saleperson to help look up stuff can be iffy sometimes. take your model # and these part #'s whichever place you go.
