Fixing my Toro Lawnmower?
My toro lawn mower looks like this ==> http://www.vermontmowers.com/toro1638hxlside.jpg Someone told me that I have to bypass the safety switch....HOW would I bypass the safety switch and WHAT do they look like?

Do not bypass the safety switch, it is there for a purpose. It prevents a runaway and will also prevent tip overs. There are more than one safety switch all designed to prevent injury to you or someone else. Whoever told you that you "Had to Bypass" that is not someone I would trust with a rake, much less a lawn mower. The only time to bypass them is when troubleshooting the unit and the part is suspect.
I know of a case where a $20 temperature switch was bypassed and it caused a multi million dollar fire. All because someone would not order and replace the item needed.
