I live in Misouri can I get out of my rental lease because of neithbors who steal and shoot bbs at my house?
Im having trouble with my neighbors screaming cuss words all the time and the teenage kids that live there are just as bad. They have egged our house several times and shot bbs at my husband. My husbands wallet was stolen and the handle off our lawn mower has come up missing. We have called the cops several times and the police and they wont do anything to help us. So I need to know if we can get out of our lease early without penalty? Thanks
The problem between you and your neighbors have nothing to do with the lease you signed. Keep calling the police and demand that they follow though with your complaints.
