Toro Personal Pace mower won't restart?
I have a Toro Personal Pace electric start mower that starts fine the first time, If I stop and try to restart then I can only pull the manual cord about 4-6 inches and then it locks up and won't move. (I've never used the electric start for some reason).
Not sure how to fix? I let it cool down 2 weeks ago and forced it open, but this week it will not budge.
