Reel mower question?
I have had a reel mower for about a year now and I haven't been getting a real good cut. Its OK I get 80% cut. I have sharpened the blade, raised/lowered it and I can never find the best height and cutting bar height to be good one way I can walk easy but cut very little or I can get a very good cut but I have to keep "ramming" it forward. Any help?

If it's a kind of cheap one, this may be a quality control thing. Also, check to see if there is the same type of plant surving every time....some weeds don't cut as easily as grass.

I've got to tell you, it was the best investment EVER. There is a reel (hehe) difference between old reel mowers and new. It takes maybe 15mins to do my whole property, and the kids stop and ask how it works.
