Petrol Lawn Mowers Self Propelled

choosing a lawn mower?

My lawn is very uneven and it takes me around 2 1/2 hours to cut the grass (and my garden is not that big!). I have two electric lawn mowers, both circular, but I find it takes a lot of effort to cut the lawn with either of them. I am considering getting a self-propelled petrol lawn mower, but am not sure this will really help. I am not young any more so I don't want to carry a very heavy mower out of the shed, I also don't know much about "servicing" it as such.
Should I stick to what I have?

If I was you I would stick to your rotary mowers especially as you say your ground is uneven. I know the self propelled petrol mowers drive themselves, but are much heavier to get in and out of your shed, and I think they would dig into your lawns surface as you say it is very uneven, and therefore would take much more effort to control. I think it would be best to stick with your present mowers. Hope this helps, and good luck.
