Why do some people mow their lawn and blow their leaves before 10:00 AM?
Don't they know that a good number of people in the neighborhood are still asleep? How would they like it if I blasted my stereo at 1:00 AM? Besides its the 21st century.... gas-powered tools are no longer necessary with rechargeable and plug-in tools. Furthermore, there's the old fashioned motorless blade mowers.
If someone is so determined to mow his lawn in the morning, he should be able to use a manual-push mower instead of the gas-powered high-decibel high-polluting mowing engines that currently exist most communities.
What selfish jerks.
But really... what would cause a person to be so stupid that he wouldn't even think he's waking up his neighbors with such a thing?
They use the same thought process as people that are traveling with children and leave at o-crack-of-dawn in the morning from a hotel room. They think they are the only people on the planet. They do not even know we exist and are (were) sound asleep behind those closed doors. Or if they acknowledge our existence, we must certainly be on the same sleep schedule as they are.
I think many of your replies have come from people that think the world shuts down when they go to bed at night and fail to consider the police, EMT, firemen, soldiers, nurses, etc. that keep them safe at night, as being on a valid schedule. Hopefully all of their emergencies will happen between 9 AM and 5 PM because only lazy bums work the other shifts, right???
