How do I remove the front rims from a Craftsman riding mower?
I have an older Craftsman riding mower and bought new tires for the front but need to remove the rims to have them put on. I could not find pins once I got the little plastic black cap off, just grease.... PLEASE for the LOVE, anyone that can help, please do or highway 80 is going to be blocked with the wreckage of a mower.....
If there's grease then there's a bearing under the grease. Wipe away the grease and look for a cotter pin or a circlip on the axle.
