Snapper Mower Spark Plug
My snapper lawn mower starts, runs for 5 seconds, and turns off?

I know it is because gas is not getting to the engine.
It cannot be the flywheel pin.
I put new gas in it.
It has oil.
It has a new air filter.
I checked the carbuerator.
Cleaned the carb and made sure the float was not sticking.
I have tried taking the air filter out.
I have tried taking the gas cap off.
It has new spark plugs.
I cleaned the carb. and tried unclogging the main jet.
I made sure the manifold assembly is tight.
The needle valve is not sticking.
The choke is closing and the carb. is getting gas.

I know it is because gas is not getting to the engine because I started it, and then kept on hitting the gas pump and it worked.

What else could it be?

The lawnmower has a Briggs and Stratton 6 horsepower engine.

replace float needle and spring
